Cheer Force Elite in West Berlin, is proud to offer a tumbling program that offers beginner gymnastics skills such as forward rolls and cartwheels, to advanced such as back handsprings to a double full. Our programs create confident and driven athletes while simultaneously developing strength, dexterity, and flexibility!

We offer a wide variety of starting ages such as preschool tumbling starting at age 3 all the way to a more advanced to 18 years old. In these classes, they will learn gymnastic skills such as forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills such as full. Cheer Force will be your partner in discovering what you are capable of.

There’s truly no better way to build a young athlete up and introduce them to lifelong values like hard work and perseverance than through our exciting tumble program!

Our New Member Special is 4 weeks for $49! Once you purchase your New Member special you will be redirected to schedule a skills assessment. This is so your child is placed in the correct tumble class to ensure they are learning the correct progressions. Our tumble classes are 1 hour long except for 3- & 4-year-olds which are 45 min. When your child masters the level they receive a medal leveling them up to the next class.

After your 4-week intro special has ended tumble classes are $79 per month which includes one-hour classes once a week or $148 for twice a week. Preschool Tumbling

This class is specifically designed for ages 3 and 4 to teach them the basics of tumbling while they have fun every step of the way!

FUNdamentals

Intro To Tumbling is a great way to learn a strong tumbling foundation. Participants will successfully master the cartwheel, round off, handstand, and back bend.

Bronze

This class is designed to introduce the basic tumbling fundamentals. Athletes will build core strength and body awareness. Time will be spent focusing on solid foundations on the cartwheel, round-off, back/front walkovers, and handstand skills. Each athlete will be introduced to the steps of a back handspring to help prepare them for Silver Level Tumbling.

Silver

Students participating in this class must have a solid foundation in basic tumbling. Students will successfully master the round-off back handspring and a standing back handspring and a front handspring. Each athlete will gain strength and power in their tumbling. Students will also begin connecting front tumbling to their round-off back handspring.

Gold

Prepares students for solid tumbling skills and helps connect a series of back handsprings and a series of standing tumbling skills. Students participating in this class must already be able to perform a standing back handspring and round-off back handspring with a spot. Students will successfully master the round-off back handspring series and a series of standing back handsprings and a front handspring. Each athlete will begin an introduction to back tucks so they are ready to progress to Platinum Tumble Level. Students will also begin connecting front tumbling to their round-off back handspring.

Platinum

Participants will successfully master the round off back handspring back tuck, a series of standing back handsprings to back tuck, a round off tuck, and a front tuck. Class is time is spent focusing on proper training and drills for a back tuck. It is crucial at this point to build strength and jumping ability to successfully master the back tuck.

Masters 1

Participants will successfully master the round-off back handspring layout, a series of standing back handsprings layout, jumps to standing back tuck, and front tumbling passes. The athlete will begin to content front tumbling to round-off back handspring layout. The athlete will begin advanced combination passes.

Masters 2

Participants will successfully master the round-off back handspring full, a series of standing back handsprings layout/full, jumps to standing back tuck, front tumbling passes, and bounding skills. The athlete will begin advanced combination passes.
